HELP!!!!

I need help!!!! My ward has a recipe exchange group. We meet every other month or so and have a different theme each time. This is a very popular group and tons of fun. We all make our recipe and take copies and then we sample everyones and take home a stack of recipes. I have gotten A LOT of good recipes (and quite a few nasty ones, but thats the way it goes.) Well, the next one is on April 1 and the theme is 5 ingredients or less. I have been racking my brain and going through my recipes, but I cannot find something to take that fits. So, if any of you have a recipe that is really good and has 5 or fewer ingredients will you please help me out? You can post a reply (it should fit in the comments -which I fixed Megan- since 5 ingredients is a short recipe,) or you could email me if you have my email. Please, I am begging for help! I will even pass along any good recipes I get if you'll help!

Here's a recipe I like:
Creamed potatoes and peas
cubed red potatoes (I don't really keep track - maybe 6-7 potatoes?)
10 oz. Frozen peas
3 cups milk
3 Tablespoons butter
3 Tablespoons flour
Boil potatoes until tender. Melt butter in saucepan, then add flour to make paste. Gradually add milk and bring to boil. Boil until thickened. Add peas and pour over drained potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste (does that count as ingredients #6 & 7??).

Pasta with Chicken, Bacon, & Peas
8 oz. shell or other shape pasta(I use whole wheat penne pasta)
1/2 lb. bacon (I use turkey bacon)
3/4 lb. chicken breast
1 C. frozen peas
2 T. grated parmesan cheese

Cook pasta, drain. Cut Bacon into 1-inch pieces, cook until crisp in a frying pan. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels. Use about 3 T. of bacon fat in the pan to cook the chicken that you've cut into strips. When the chicken is browned, add peas, salt & pepper (I agree that salt and pepper don't count, that's just a given) Add, pasta, bacon and parmesan cheese and toss to combine. I through some more cheese ontop of it when I serve it. This is one of Jayson's favorites.

This recipe should look familiar. We actually eat it fairly frequently.

Hamburger V8 Mac

1/4 lb ground beef, browned & drained (or more if you prefer)
2 cups macaroni, uncooked
24 oz V8 (regular or spicy)
shredded cheddar cheese

Boil the macaroni in water for five minutes. Drain. Mix everything together in a skillet or saucepan. Simmer until most of V8 is absorbed and macaroni is tender. Layer in a serving bowl with generous amounts of cheese. When the cheese is melted, it's ready to eat!

Cheesy Potato Soup

6 large potatoes
1 med onion, chopped
1/2 lb bacon
1 cup milk
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, shredded

Peel and dice the potatoes. Cover with water and boil.
In the meantime, dice the bacon. Fry until crisp. Pour a tablespoon or two of the grease into the potatoes.
Add salt, pepper and seasoned salt to the potatoes.
Pour off all the rest of the grease except a little bit to fry the onion. Set the bacon pieces aside. Fry the onion until caramelized. Mix the onions into the potatoes.
If the potatoes are done, add the milk. Bring to a boil. Melt the cheese into it as well.
Garnish with bacon pieces.

This is my dad's recipe:

3/4 gallon milk
2 tsp vanilla

Mix the sugar and cocoa together in a large pot. Add enough water to make a paste. Cook until bubbly. Add the milk and vanilla. Heat until it's nice warm, drinkable temperature.

Yield: 12 cups

Peanut Brittle

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cup corn syrup
2 cups salted, spanish roasted peanuts

Prepare a cookie sheet: grease it, then coat with flour. Sprinkle with sugar. Combine in a large pan. Boil until crackling ball stage (drop a spoonful in cold water, if it hardens, it has boiled long enough). Add all the peanuts that will stir in (about 2 cups). Stir in one heaping teaspoon of baking soda. Pour on a prepared cookie sheet. Let cool, then break into smaller pieces.

Well, I think that about exhausted my commonly used recipes file for 5 or less ingredients. I just thought you'd like a variety to choose from. ;)
